<h2>Overview</h2>What You’ll Be DoingCadmus is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects in a complex, fast-paced environment to support a major commercial client in the Telecom space. You will work with support data engineering, analytics, machine-learning, and data science teams to deliver initiatives that support the enterprise’s data needs. You will function as a Technical Project Manager and team leader, owning deliverables which span multiple teams and workstreams, improving delivery processes, and serving as a key liaison with business stakeholders. You will also be responsible for working with the stakeholders to communicate requirements for the reports and datasets. For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Manage and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams</li> <li>Coordinate activities with internal teams and external partners.</li> <li>Manage intake and prioritization of new functionality requests.</li> <li>Review new feature and enhancement requests documenting Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to be used by the engineering team to design and develop technical solutions.</li> <li>Assist with backlog prioritization and dependency resolution.</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery. Manage removing blockers, risks, and issues. Report overall status.</li> <li>Help Engineering team balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes based on an understanding of priorities.</li> <li>Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process and best practices adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT Project Management, IT Management, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or related area of study.</li> <li>Experience managing teams supporting multiple workstreams operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.</li> <li>Experience performing PM best practices (e.g., schedule development and tracking, risk management, status reporting).</li> <li>Experience regularly maintaining and reporting program data, preferably in Jira.</li> <li>Proficiency and experience working with data engineering, analytics, and ingestion teams.</li> <li>Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies and leading/modeling process adherence.</li> <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to facilitate teams and individuals working collaboratively and efficiently.</li> <li>A composed presence, business acumen, and ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.</li> <li>Experience with Data and Analytics tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir.</li> <li>Experience with automation and/or AI tools.</li> <li>Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.</li></ul>Additional Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000.
