We built Liquidnet to make global capital markets more efficient and continue to do so by adding additional participants, enabling trusted access to trading and investment opportunities, and delivering the actionable intelligence and insight that our customers need.</div>Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide primary account coverage for Liquidnet ATS Members including institutional, hedge, quant, multi-strategy and index funds.</li><li>Manage senior level relationships primarily focused on but not limited to trading desks.</li><li>Drive the cadence and rhythm for the intraday ATS coverage of each Member based on their preference and style.</li><li>Drive system logins and ensure traders are present before the open.</li><li>Respond to and proactively address match opportunities throughout the day.</li><li>Proactively identify and leverage intraday opportunities to sell, reinforce and retrain on our products and services.</li><li>Proactively suggest intraday workflows on specific indications/broken matches.</li><li>Advise on a suitable trading strategy on broken matches/residuals using market data and ARM.</li><li>Influence and guide Member behavior to enforce usage of the system that is within Liquidnet protocols.</li><li>Respond to and address intraday client inquiries - answering question or escalating to appropriate parties.</li><li>Effectively communicate with Production Support and Trade Support on the proper management and resolution of any trade situations.</li><li>Prospect and convert new clients to Liquidnet platform</li><li>Collaborate with team members to formulate wallet share maximization strategy.</li><li>Develop and drive account plans in alignment with business OKR’s and KPI’s leading periodic reviews to monitor performance.</li><li>Partner with team members to develop and execute coverage back up plan.</li><li>Contribute to driving, marketing and selling our platform regionally and globally.</li><li>Commit to ongoing continuing learning.</li><li>Partner with FI, ETD and IA to deliver the entire firm.</li></ul>Experience / Competencies:Essential<ul><li>BS, BA preferred.</li><li>Multi-task oriented, high capacity qualitative and quantitative thinker with exceptional knowledge of US equity market function.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of buy-side and sell-side trading techniques and order flow. In-depth understanding of markets, venues (dark and lit), ems/oms, SOR’s wheels, service bureaus, ATS, exchanges and the technologies that drive and differentiate them.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of the ATS block trading landscape, competitor capabilities and the LN competitive advantage.</li><li>Expertise in LN ATS language and metrics that support the client experience and drive block liquidity/execution to the platform.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Knowledge of market microstructure and current regulatory landscape with an ability to anticipate changes that may affect business in the region in which we operate.</li><li>Demonstrated capacity for collaborating with business segment leaders, product development teams, marketing, technology, compliance, and operations across region.</li><li>Professional writing and presentation skills.</li><li>Travel as needed.</li><li>Series 7, 63, and 57 required.
