The </span><span>role</span><span> will be based out of our new office in Houston, on Allen Parkway</span><span>.</span><span> We </span><span>work</span><span> a hybrid model - working a few days from home and a few days in the office.</span></span><span> </span></p></div></div><div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>What will you own?</span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Work alongside the VP – Treasurer and CFO in managing debt related transactions both at the corporate and project levels  </li><li>Manage and lead relationships with all three credit rating agencies (Moody’s, S&amp;P, and Fitch)</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Strong leadership in process improvement, streamlining of workflows, and system implementations </li><li>Manage a team of analysts providing mentorship and career development support</li><li>Develop corporate finance analyses pertaining to cost of capital, interest rate hedging, liquidity, capital allocation, leverage, etc.</li><li>Assist and coordinate executive reporting, including debt compliance scorecards, external financial reporting footnotes, and disclosures </li><li>Lead company’s medium term cash forecast by refining existing processes and aligning with longer term projections and near-term estimates</li><li>Develop relationships across the organization to influence desired outcomes </li><li>Drive capital markets diligence to optimize liquidity, evaluate transactional opportunities, and manage scenarios/sensitivities </li><li>Lead debt compliance, covenant calculation, scenario planning, and review / submission of periodic compliance certificates  </li></ul></div></div><div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>What you have</span><span>:</span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in related business field required </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Team player; shares knowledge; mentors and trains others </li><li>Results oriented; self-motivated and proactive, requiring minimum supervision </li><li>Project management skills, and strong leadership to coordinate tasks and deliverables across multiple groups </li><li>Good working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ETRM, ERP, and visualization tools (PowerBI) </li><li>Must have at least 8-10 years of working experience in Corporate Treasury, Capital Markets, Project Finance. Energy industry experience helpful but not mandatory  </li><li>Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting favorable.
