This role involves a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to drive sales effectiveness and strategic decision-making.The RoleKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Local Pricing Strategy with Sales management</li><li>Manage and administer sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) including data integrity, user support, reporting, and dashboard creation.</li><li>Generate and analyze sales performance reports, forecasts, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales territories, quotas, and incentive programs.</li><li>Support sales teams with training on tools, processes, and best practices.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.</li><li>Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.</li><li>Act as a liaison between sales and other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.</li><li>Participate in strategic planning and initiatives to support global sales objectives.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a global technology company.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud, including report and dashboard creation.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) required.Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, and commission plan administration.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Project management experience is a plus.</li></ul>#LI-FC2<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
