Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Sales Manager in our Building Services &amp; Construction (BS&amp;C) Sector based in San Antonio or Austin, TX. You’ll manage a remote sales team including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance.Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as a Sales Manager, Building Services &amp; Construction: <ul><li>Maintain market awareness; stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market.</li><li>Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance.</li><li>Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with the VP of Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions (staffing levels, hiring, termination, promotion, salary administration, etc.) in consultation with Sector Leader and the VP of Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action.</li><li>Execute specific plans developed in conjunction VP of Sales and Marketing) to drive market/customer penetration (i.e., “grows the business”).</li><li>Create and maintain relationships at key levels with select customers and accounts; ensure timely and thorough follow-up.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>7 + years of direct business to business sales management experience</li><li>Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory and the Building Services &amp; Construction industry</li><li>Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)</li><li>Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Ops, Fleet, Logistics)</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Work from home or in a local service center</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available</li><li>Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
