<p>To lead and manage technical and techno-economic analyses, design aspects and technical project management of utility-scale BESS technologies (alternative chemistries and services) and BESS hybrid solutions in Masdar in line with overall engineering plans and objectives with less complex nature in terms of partnership structure, project structure, geographical location, technology wise, risk exposure etc.. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. The Technical Manager, BESS &amp; Hybrid Solutions will provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycles.. As part of an integrated project team, to prepare and agree on project specifications, budgets and timescales with contractors, clients or other stakeholders, and to define basic design, and create or review test procedures for Hybrid plant components such as foundation, battery and converters.</p>

<p>Launched by the Abu Dhabi leadership in 2006 with a mandate to advance renewable energy through education, R&amp;D, investment and commercialization, Masdar is securing the emirate&rsquo;s continued leadership in the evolving global energy market.</p>
