Seeks to develop and train best in class talent through performance management and a balance of internal development / promotion and external hiring.</li><li>Continuous improvement of operations efficiencies at all levels of the business, drive the organization for ongoing productivity, customer satisfactions, and profitability improvement.</li><li>Able to think strategically and execute tactically.</li><li>Has full P&amp;L, inventory, AR, and capital expenditures ownership.</li></ul>Position Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Management or a related field strongly recommended.</li><li>Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years experience in management and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.</li><li>Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees.</li><li>Ability to manage dispersed workforce.</li><li>Additional Details Highly proficient in MS Office suite of products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with SAP and MS Dynamics is a plus.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
