You will take a leading role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, plant shutdowns, and turnarounds while working closely with operations, engineering, maintenance teams, and external contractors.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Planning and coordinating preventive, corrective, and unplanned maintenance activities</li><li>Supporting the preparation and execution of plant shutdowns and turnarounds</li><li>Developing maintenance schedules, work packages, resource plans, and cost estimates</li><li>Coordinating contractors and service providers, including contractor qualification and evaluation activities</li><li>Supporting refurbishment projects and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance teams, and external stakeholders</li><li>Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with Air Products procedures</li><li>Supporting efforts to minimize plant downtime and improve equipment reliability</li><li>Acting as a trusted partner to the Maintenance Manager and supporting the wider maintenance organization</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>What we're looking for</h2>We are looking for an energetic and hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment and enjoys taking ownership.<h3>You bring:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Engineering, Turnaround Planning, Reliability Engineering, or a similar industrial role</li><li>Experience with preventive maintenance programs, shutdowns, and turnaround execution</li><li>Experience working with SAP PM, CMMS, or similar maintenance management systems</li><li>Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Good knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment such as rotating equipment, piping systems, pressure equipment, and maintenance execution practices</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Fluent German and English language skills (French is a plus)</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly between sites</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Why Air Products?</h2>At Air Products, you'll join an international team where safety comes first, collaboration is valued, and your contributions make a real impact.
