Coordinate and support employees’ training strategies, assess skill levels, and ensure they possess and apply the required capabilities to meet operational standards.  Ensure continuous monitoring of manufactured product quality, adherence to quality standards, and prompt initiation of corrective actions in cases of deviations or non-conformities. Identify and resolve production issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.  Conduct performance reviews to assess individual contributions, provide feedback, and support employee development.  Promote a high-performance culture and support the professional growth of team members through coaching and skills building, aligned with company’s training curricula and strategies.  Contribute to short- and medium-term operational planning by providing input based on shift-level performance, resource availability, and production challenges. Coordinate shift handovers and personnel scheduling to ensure operational continuity and efficiency, including managing holidays, overtime, and collaboration with production and support teams.
