Ltd.Location: Delhi, IndiaSalary: As per IndustryDepartment Overview:Sales and Marketing Development for Hitachi Electron Microscope related products, territory will be assigned by management within ASEAN and South Asia countries.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop potential customers across Education &amp; Research (Life Science and Material Science).</li><li>Work on some of the key accounts like pharmaceutical segments through referrals, networking, cold calls, and other prospecting methods.</li><li>Work closely with assigned Distributor for business Improvement.</li><li>Explore and develop new markets while strengthening presence in existing territories.</li><li>Travel along with distributors on mature cases.</li><li>Develop strong knowledge of Hitachi Electron Microscopy pro</li><li>ucts and applications.</li><li>Stay updated on competitor products, positioning, and market trends.</li><li>Do share information with the distributors in a timely manner.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions.</li><li>Engage customers through regular communication, including product updates, email campaigns, events, and activities. Do support marketing team with such tasks.</li><li>Conduct effective product and solution presentations, clearly articulating features, benefits, and value propositions.</li><li>Actively participate in marketing activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and user meetings.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Service, Application, and Administration teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.</li></ul>Work Experience &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Engineering / Science degree.</li><li>6-8 years of experience in scientific instruments, analytical systems, or high-end capital equipment sales.</li><li>Experience in Japanese company is preferable</li><li>Ability to travel overseas and domestic business trips based on required.</li><li>Proven experience in managing teams and distributor networks.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
