Works with outside Counsel and in-house legal and paralegal team members. Provides advice on legal issues and supports all sectors of the business with regards to mortgage, consumer credit and related products and services.</p><br><br><h3>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><div><li>Manage and work on legal, regulatory, and product issues related to mortgage/HELOC financial products and business units, including managing and working with outside counsel and other business units.</li><li>Provide advice and support legal, regulatory, and product issues related to debt collection, privacy, consumer credit compliance, lending and solar financing.
