You will run the planning cycle,<br>maintain the operating model, and act as the finance partner to the department leaders making<br>resourcing decisions in real time.<br><br>The ideal candidate has built and owned an operating model in a high-growth environment,<br>communicates clearly with non-finance leaders, and is comfortable forecasting a business where<br>history is short and the plan keeps moving.<br></span></div><div> </div></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Own the annual budget and the recurring forecast cycle, including consolidation, review,<br>and presentation to leadership.</li><li>Build and maintain the company operating model — revenue, headcount, opex, capex, and<br>cash.</li><li>Own cash forecasting and runway analysis; give leadership a clear view of liquidity across<br>the capital deployment cycle.</li><li>Deliver monthly business performance reporting, including budget-to-actual variance<br>analysis with substantive commentary.</li><li>Serve as finance business partner to department leaders; support headcount planning,<br>spend decisions, and vendor commitments.</li><li>Define, track, and report the KPIs that describe operational and financial performance. </li><li>Support board and investor reporting with analysis and materials</li><li>Partner with Accounting to ensure the plan and the ledger reconcile, and that actuals are<br>captured consistently.</li><li>Improve planning tools and processes as the company scales beyond spreadsheets.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>7+ years of FP&amp;A experience, including ownership of a budget and forecast cycle.</li><li>Expert financial modeling skills; demonstrated experience building an operating model from<br>scratch.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and how the three statements connect.</li><li>Experience business partnering with non-finance leaders and translating financials into<br>decisions.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, industrial, mining, energy, or another capital-intensive<br>industry preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to<br>executives.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><div>This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary +<br>discretionary bonus for this role.
