You will be joining Via at a time of rapid growth, impacting tens of thousands of riders per day especially those from low-income communities. This is an opportunity to shape the next generation of our mobile apps, provide intuitive and delightful experiences all while keeping our promise to our public sector customers on bettering the transit network as a whole. This includes combining various transportation modes, thoughtfully integrating into existing public transport and translating that experience across users from our public sector customers to riders and drivers. The role is one of thought leadership combined with a pragmatic eye towards building and shipping products that delight our partners.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Define and execute the overarching product strategy for the next-generation Rider and Driver platforms, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to expand reach across broader geographies, diverse user profiles, and multi-provider offerings.</li><li>Develop scalable functionality that accommodates complex service deployments with diverse policies surrounding mobility, payments, and user communication.</li><li>Convert user research and operational insights into clear product specifications by pinpointing core problems, formulating hypotheses, and defining success criteria.</li><li>Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to align stakeholders and refine product development cycles.</li><li>Establish a rigorous, data-informed prioritization framework, evaluating the ROI of feature requests to effectively guide scoping decisions and roadmapping.</li><li>Serve as the central liaison across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business, engaging in detailed, day-to-day execution.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>You are an experienced product manager, with a minimum 5+ years of experience in successful startups or large companies operating on a global scale.</li><li>You have owned a broad set of products, led a product domain/line across a company, and built category-leading products.</li><li>You are able to digest market research &amp; customer feedback along with having a crisp understanding of technical requirements and constraints to paint a vision of what a great product could look like.</li><li>You have a strong understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can transform product experiences, and a track record of identifying and shipping AI-powered solutions that create meaningful value for users and the business.</li><li>You have demonstrated success in handling an end-to-end product lifecycle with the ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.</li><li>Excellent analytical abilities and a strong business acumen.</li><li>A great multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Pro-active and independent achiever, self-learner, able to handle a task from idea to production.</li><li>Team player, with great communication/listening skills and a can-do attitude.</li><li>You have a passion for public transit, mapping, SaaS and accessibility - working experience in these areas is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year plus variable pay and equity as part of a total compensation package.
