Where the ROM owns the front half of a project — scheduling, homeowner authorization, getting a job install-ready — you own the back half: compliance, inspections, utility and AHJ coordination, reconnection, and keeping everyone talking to each other. companies and jurisdictions for shutdowns, inspections, and reconnection.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 5pt 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'Times New Roman' , serif;">Schedule subcontractor crews and
