This is a hands-on, "a-z" role covering everything from transactional processing through statutory reporting and audit management. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own end-to-end accounting for assigned legal entities, including invoice posting/payments, accruals, month-end close and reconciliations</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.</li><li>Manage accounts receivable, cash management, and liquidity planning</li><li>Prepare statutory financial statements in cooperation with local in-country support</li><li>Lead statutory audit management and support group audit requirements for your respective entities</li><li>Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities within the accounting function</li><li>Implement and maintain effective internal controls.</li></ul>To be successful in the role you will bring: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)</li><li>5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4HANA</li><li>Solid working knowledge of IFRS.
