We are looking for a Service Product Manager to help shape service offerings that make our PV and energy storage solutions easier to operate, maintain, and scale across Europe. Let’s dive right in: <ul><li>Own the development and lifecycle management of service products for PV and ESS customers across Europe.</li><li>Translate customer, market, and service-team feedback into clear product requirements and improvement plans.</li><li>Define service concepts, standard packages, value propositions, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Work closely with Product Management, R&amp;D, Service Operations, Sales, and Finance to launch scalable service solutions.</li><li>Monitor service performance, customer adoption, profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Support training and enablement for internal teams and partners on new service products and processes.</li></ul> Your profile That was intriguing, wasn’t it? To feel confident and successful in this role, your background could look like this: <ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field.</li><li>Several years of experience in product management, service development, technical sales, or service operations.</li><li>Good understanding of PV, ESS, power electronics, or other technical energy solutions.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and confidence turning complex technical topics into customer value.</li><li>Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with strong stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>English C1; Romanian B2 or higher is a plus, and other European languages are welcome.</li></ul> Why us?
