This group is unique in its end-to-end ownership of equipment strategy, supplier execution, validation, installation, commissioning, and operational handoff, giving team members direct visibility into how engineering decisions affect quality, throughput, safety, and launch readiness.About the RoleThe Manufacturing Engineer II is an individual contributor role within General Assembly Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and reports to a Manufacturing Engineering leader. This role exists to support Lucid’s growth by strengthening equipment procurement, integration, validation, and launch readiness for General Assembly programs. In the first 12 months, this person will own assigned equipment and tooling projects from scope development through validated production handoff, with success measured by safe installation, capable processes, clear documentation, on-time issue closure, and readiness for Operations ownership.
