This is a chance to help a growing company create the future of grid-scale battery storage while leveraging the latest automation tools that can minimize time-to-market.What You Will Do<ul style=""><li>Responsible for the build and inspection process for the mechanical assemblies and systems integration across the Critical Loop product lines</li><li>Develop, qualify, and refine manufacturing processes and subsequent work instructions to meet all design and business requirements, including safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery</li><li>Collaborate with other engineers, subject matter experts, and technicians to solve both internal and customer production challenges</li><li>Work with product engineering team to evaluate designs for manufacturability and implementation in a rapidly evolving production environment</li><li>Resolve product non-conformances and collaborate with the quality team to implement root cause corrective actions</li><li>Identify, plan, and execute capital equipment, machine, and layout upgrades to meet our growing production demand</li><li>Develop and refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analysis to ensure on-time product delivery to our customers</li></ul>Must-Haves<ul style=""><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials or industrial engineering</li><li>5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or production</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<ul style=""><li>Experience with the build, assembly, or integration of mixed electro-mechanical assemblies</li><li>Knowledge of mechanical / hardware systems manufacturing techniques, processes, and equipment including welding, fastening, drilling, bonding and inspection verifications.</li><li>Mechanical component and/or tooling design and analysis experience using 3D CAD software</li><li>Experience with design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA)</li><li>Experience transition complex products from R&amp;D to high-volume manufacturing in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience writing work instructions and procedures</li></ul>Work Authorization We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
