Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of equipment and building systems including fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls) electrical (lighting, UPS, generators, primary switch gear), lighting and temperature controls systems, critical environments, and digital systems (fire alarm, duress, card access).</li><li>Inspects and evaluates facilities infrastructure and utility systems for liabilities related to equipment age/condition, operating cost or potential failure. Prioritizes recommendations for facility upgrades and prepares justifications for resources to be included in the capital or operating budgets.</li><li>Partner with plant leadership on equipment performance</li><li>Works with planning to schedule routine and preventative maintenance based on production requirements to minimize production disruptions, equipment failure, downtime, and correct any unsafe conditions.</li><li>Maintains all infrastructure and compliance documentation for the buildings including up-to-date building drawings and specifications, etc.</li><li>Lead and develop Maintenance Technicians, and indirect technical teams</li><li>Accomplishes work through a combination of self-performance and contract management with outside vendors to obtain needed goods, services, and repairs that are reliable and cost-effective.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, process efficiency, scrap reduction, and reliability</li><li>Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Ensures facility HSE compliance with Federal, State and Local laws – including implementation of Freudenberg Safety Standards.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, preferred</li><li>3 years, minimum, management or supervisory experience.</li><li>7+ years of experience in injection molding manufacturing, maintenance, processing, or technical leadership</li><li>Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, resins, automation, and auxiliary equipment</li><li>Experience troubleshooting molding equipment, maintenance systems, and process issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Preventative maintenance methods and tactics and issuance of work orders and reporting within an ERP system such as SAP PM Module.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and influence maintenance and technical teams across multiple departments</li><li>Adequate knowledge of OSHA regulations to implement and ensure compliance with applicable procedures and ways of operating</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite</li></ul>The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
