Candidates with less experience will also be considered, provided they demonstrate <b>strong technical potential</b> and a <b>willingness to develop</b> within the role.</p></div><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><div>Manage and analyze <b>customer requests</b> in close collaboration with local Sales and Technical Service teams, as well as GEA Technology Centers, ensuring accurate definition of the technical scope for quotations.</div></li><li><div>Serve as the <b>technical reference</b> for the Service Support team and customers once the relevant service technologies are mastered, acting as the primary technical liaison with the Technology Centers.</div></li><li><div>Drive the development of <b>technical expertise and capabilities</b> within the local service support team in coordination with the various Technology Centers.</div></li><li><div>Prepare and oversee <b>quotations and order confirmations</b>, ensuring technical consistency, accuracy, and commercial alignment.</div></li><li><div>Process and monitor <b>customer orders, returns, and credit notes in SAP</b>, ensuring correct pricing and commercial conditions throughout the Order-to-Cash cycle.</div></li><li><div><div>Coordinate cross-functionally with <b>Service Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Technical Service</b>.</div></div></li><li><div>Support <b>delivery, shipping, and invoicing processes</b>, managing exceptions and engaging with customers and suppliers when required.</div></li><li><div>Ensure <b>data integrity</b> and proactive maintenance of <b>SAP master data</b> (customers, materials, pricing), identifying and resolving inconsistencies impacting service levels.</div></li><li><div>Identify <b>process improvement opportunities</b> and actively contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.</div></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Your Profile / Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li><b>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering</b> (Mechanical Engineering preferred).</li><li>Previous experience in <b>industrial or engineering environments</b> is a strong advantage.</li><li>Proven operational experience with <b>SAP</b>, particularly in Quotations, Order management, Deliveries, Returns, Billing</li><li><b>Fluent Spanish and English</b>, both written and spoken.
