We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.<h1>Job description</h1>We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Python Developer (Good English) with 4+ years of experience in software development, strong expertise in Python, Microservices, Azure, Kubernetes, and React/Angular, and hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, including Agentic AI, Copilot, and reasoning agents.<h2>Key Requirements</h2><ul><li>Good English communication</li><li>Strong Python development experience using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.</li><li>Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.</li><li>Experience with OAuth2/OIDC, authentication, authorization, and secure API design.</li><li>Strong frontend development experience with React or Angular (preferred); experience with Vue.js is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.</li><li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Microsoft Azure cloud services.</li><li>Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.</li><li>Knowledge of enterprise security practices including RBAC, encryption, and security best practices.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.</li><li>Experience developing or integrating solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, including:<ul><li>AI Copilots</li><li>Agentic AI applications</li><li>Reasoning Agents</li><li>RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)</li><li>LLM integrations</li></ul></li><li>Understanding of AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.</li></ul><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul><li>Experience with gRPC and cross-platform microservices integration.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Neo4j, Graph Database, and Cypher.</li><li>Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, or Rail domains.</li><li>Azure certifications such as AZ-204 or equivalent.</li><li>Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI Agents and Copilot solutions.</li></ul>#LI-NL1<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global, team of innovators.
