This role manages the full project lifecycle—from initiation through delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to coordinate delivery activities, manage risks, and maintain strong governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects including infrastructure, application, security, and enterprise system initiatives.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage project execution and track performance against established plans, identifying and addressing deviations proactively.</li><li>Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, including project steering committees and status reporting.</li><li>Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.</li><li>Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in accordance with established governance and financial controls.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and support the intended business outcomes.</li><li>Facilitate regular stakeholder communication and provide clear reporting on project status, risks, and progress.</li><li>Support vendor engagement activities including scope definition, commercial review, and delivery oversight.</li><li>Ensure alignment with technology governance, security policies, and compliance requirements throughout project execution.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, processes, and governance practices within the PMO.</li></ul><h2>Key Deliverables</h2><ul><li>Successful delivery of technology projects within approved scope, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Comprehensive project documentation including project charters, work plans, status reports, and closure documentation.</li><li>Accurate and timely reporting of project progress, financial status, risks, and issues.</li><li>Well-managed project governance including stakeholder engagement and decision frameworks.</li><li>Effective management of project risks, issues, and change requests.</li><li>Delivery of technology capabilities that support business initiatives, operational improvements, or regulatory requirements.</li><li>Strong collaboration and alignment between technology teams and business stakeholders.</li></ul><h2>Required Experience</h2><ul><li>5–7+ years of experience managing technology or IT projects in enterprise environments.</li><li>Proven experience delivering complex application, infrastructure, buildouts, or enterprise technology initiatives.</li><li>Experience working in financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated industries is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.</li><li>Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and project governance structures.</li><li>Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks or PMO environments.</li></ul><h2>Skills &amp;
