Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of technology initiatives that support Brookfield’s business operations and strategic priorities. This role manages the full project lifecycle—from initiation through delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Qualifications<ul><li>Strong project management capabilities across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.</li><li>Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex delivery environments.</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams.</li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across multiple business and technology stakeholders.</li><li>Understanding enterprise technology environments including applications, infrastructure, and security considerations.</li><li>Familiarity with technology governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project planning tools).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).</li><li>Experience managing infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise application implementations.</li><li>Experience delivering technology initiatives supporting mergers and acquisitions or business integrations.</li><li>Experience working with enterprise financial systems or platforms used within financial services environments.</li><li>Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies.</li><li>Vendor management experience and exposure to large-scale enterprise technology programs.</li></ul>Salary: $120K - $130K#LI-MW1Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
