The ideal candidate is an experienced facilities leader with strong technical knowledge, exceptional people leadership skills, and experience managing critical facilities in a large, high-demand environment.</h2><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2>YOUR IMPACT</h2>These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Lead day-to-day facilities maintenance operations, including Site Supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, work order execution, staffing, productivity, safety, and contract performance.</li><li>Provide technical leadership across critical building systems, with particular emphasis on HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air handling and distribution systems, pumps, and building management/control systems.</li><li>Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, transformers, distribution systems, motor controls, emergency lighting, fire alarm, access control, and related building systems.</li><li>Direct plumbing and water-system maintenance, including domestic water, pumping, sanitary and stormwater systems, drains, fixtures, and fire protection systems.</li><li>Evaluate equipment failures and maintenance issues to determine appropriate troubleshooting, internal repair capabilities, and when specialized vendor support is required.</li><li>Manage outside contractors and service providers, including evaluating proposed scopes of work, technical recommendations, costs, and completed work.</li><li>Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability, safety, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Serve as a key customer-facing leader, developing strong relationships while ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual requirements and established scope.</li><li>Support emergency response and critical facility issues and maintain flexibility to respond outside normal business hours when operational needs require.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Seven (7) years of facilities maintenance experience with demonstrated experience managing critical facilities maintenance services.</li><li>Three (3) or more years of technical experience in one or more of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or structural maintenance.</li><li>Facilities maintenance must be a primary area of professional expertise.</li><li>Previous supervisory or management experience leading facilities maintenance teams.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of major building systems, particularly HVAC and mechanical systems.</li><li>Experience managing contractors, vendors, maintenance priorities, and equipment troubleshooting in a large or complex facility.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required airport security clearance.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Facilities maintenance leadership experience within a large hub airport or similarly complex, mission-critical environment.</li><li>Experience with aging infrastructure and complex HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, AHUs, VAV/CAV systems, DDC, EMS/BMS, and associated mechanical systems.</li><li>Broad technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building infrastructure.</li><li>Experience leading a multi-layered workforce that includes supervisors, skilled trades, technicians, and subcontractors.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex facility issues, assess vendor recommendations, and make sound technical and operational decisions.</li></ul>#LI-TM1Pay Range: $82,900.00 - $134,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
