The Regional Welding Sales Manager has a strong knowledge of the welding industry with a focus on enabling and coaching regional territory sales team members, supporting their team’s success in managing sales opportunities as well as customer account growth and relationship development within their assigned region. Achieving National &amp; Global strategic growth, increasing Fronius market shares, and promoting our company vision are also duties required of this position. The Regional Welding Sales Manager works closely with a designated internal team to provide customers with the best solutions based on their needs. Tasks and Responsibilities<ul><li>Sustainably implements Fronius sales strategies within a specific geographical sales region.  </li><li>Implements management decisions for all Strategic Business Segments.</li><li>Manages, coordinates, increases sales performance as well as controls the specified regional sales team.</li><li>Assumes profit responsibility for the specified regional sales team.</li><li>Carries out regular team meetings and employee appraisals, including sales goals, business plans and sales team development.</li><li>Coordinates advanced training programs.</li><li>Proactively coaches and trains, supporting sales processes and methodology driven by the National Sales Director.  </li><li>Takes responsibly for financials, sales, investments, personnel, and marketing programs.</li><li>Manages marketing in consultation with marketing &amp; communications.</li><li>Provides support to the Regional Sales Team with existing customer support and new customer acquisition activities (e.g., presentations for key accounts, customer interaction plans, debriefing sales calls, etc.).</li><li>Provides sales opportunity support for the Regional Sales Team (e.g., joint calls, territory development, sales blitz’s, target customer for focused lines of business). </li><li>Collaborates jointly to pursue opportunities through Direct &amp;
