Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for the P&amp;L, working capital and liquidity management for an entity with high strategic relevance for FHCS </li><li>Ensure availability and analysis of all data/information necessary for sound decision making and contributes to setting and driving the country/cluster overall strategy </li><li>Continuously monitor the performance, evaluate risks and opportunities to ensure the country/cluster stays on track to deliver financial results, including Profit, WC and Cash </li><li>Provide predictable plans and forecasts for the region.</li><li>Ensure all local practices in the business unit are fully in line with financial, legal, and guiding principles  </li><li>Lead preparation of OP incl. simulations with a holistic view on all aspects of the P&amp;L, balance sheet and liquidity </li><li>Manage local and corporate projects </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of progressive business controlling experience within a manufacturing or production environment.</li><li>At least 3 years of proven leadership experience, including team development and performance management.</li><li>Strong expertise in financial analysis, product costing, process modeling, and evaluating the impact of business decisions on key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; experience leveraging AI tools and technologies is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of operational processes.</li><li>Previous sales or commercial finance experience preferred. ​</li></ul></div>The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000 USD annually. It is dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
