Working closely with the company's senior finance leader, you will connect company strategy, financial planning, capital allocation, executive decisions, and the operating cadence of the finance organization.<br><br>The ideal candidate is a senior finance and strategy leader who can move between a board level question and the detailed work needed to resolve it. You will improve decision quality, create accountability, and take direct ownership of the finance priorities that matter most.<br></span></div><div> </div></div></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Serve as a trusted partner to the senior finance leader on priorities, decisions, and follow through.</li><li>Own the finance leadership cadence, including planning, decision forums, key deliverables, and accountability.</li><li>Lead selected strategic finance work, including long range planning, capital allocation, scenario analysis, and financing preparation.</li><li>Coordinate board and investor materials with clear ownership, consistent data, and an executive point of view.</li><li>Drive complex projects that cross finance, manufacturing, commercial, supply chain, and the executive team.</li><li>Identify gaps in finance processes, information, or ownership and work with leaders to resolve them. </li><li>Support organization design, hiring priorities, and team development within finance.</li><li>Represent the finance leader in selected meetings and workstreams with appropriate judgment and authority.</li><li>Take direct ownership of urgent or sensitive work that does not fit cleanly within an existing finance team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>A typical candidate will have 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a CFO organization. Scope, judgment, and leadership matter more than a strict tenure requirement.</li><li>Strong command of financial planning, cash and capital allocation, financial statements, and scenario analysis.</li><li>Experience advising senior executives and preparing materials for boards or investors.</li><li>A record of leading complex work across functions and converting decisions into execution.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complicated issues without losing substance.</li><li>High discretion, sound judgment, and confidence operating in sensitive situations.</li><li>Hands on leadership style and comfort working at both strategic and detailed levels.</li><li>Experience in advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, critical materials, or climate related industries is helpful.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><div><div>This base salary range reflects our best estimate for this role.
