You will independently shape and lead work that crosses functional boundaries, often where the question is still unclear and the path forward must be built.</p><p>The ideal candidate pairs strategic judgment with operating discipline. You can develop a point of view, earn trust across the company, and drive a complex initiative from an initial question through a decision and into execution.</p></div><div> </div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Own major CEO sponsored initiatives from definition through execution.</li><li>Develop recommendations on capital allocation, expansion, partnerships, new markets, and company priorities.</li><li>Lead cross functional teams through influence, clear decision making, and consistent follow through.</li><li>Represent the CEO's office in selected internal and external workstreams.</li><li>Prepare and pressure test materials for board meetings, investors, partners, customers, and executive decisions.</li><li>Identify emerging issues and opportunities, define the required work, and move them toward resolution.</li><li>Create operating plans, milestones, and accountability for initiatives that sit outside a single function.</li><li>Coach junior team members and raise the quality of analysis and communication across shared projects.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li> A typical candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or an operating role at a scaling company. We will consider candidates whose scope and results demonstrate the required level of ownership.</li><li>Strong strategic and financial judgment, with the ability to form a clear recommendation from incomplete information.</li><li>Experience leading complex projects across functions without relying on formal authority.</li><li>Excellent executive communication and the ability to adapt detail for different audiences.</li><li>High discretion, low ego, and a record of earning trust with senior leaders.</li><li>Ability to move between analysis and hands on execution as the work requires.</li><li>Experience in industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, critical materials, or climate related industries is helpful.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><div>This base salary range reflects our best estimate for this role.
