Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Manage the product portfolio (existing and new products), including commercialization, market growth, go-to-market plans, profitability tracking, product P&amp;L, and gross margin performance by category.</li><li>Implement product, portfolio, and pricing strategies (NRM) in alignment with Regional and Global Marketing teams.</li><li>Leverage data analytics, consumer and shopper insights, competitive intelligence, and portfolio performance to optimize product positioning and provide continuous feedback to Regional and Global teams.</li><li>Develop and execute trade and shopper marketing strategies, including product assortment, pricing, merchandising, promotions, and customer-specific selling stories to drive awareness, trial, and sales growth.</li><li>Support the Head of Marketing in planning and executing media campaigns (paid digital and traditional), ensuring alignment with brand objectives and communication strategies.</li><li>Orchestrate the digital customer journey across Paid, Owned, Shared, and Earned channels, from planning to execution, driving engagement, conversion, and KPI achievement.</li><li>Manage the A&amp;P budget for the assigned portfolio, ensuring effective investment decisions, controlled spending, well-executed promotions, and clear ROI measurement.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.</li><li>3–4+ years of experience in a broad Marketing role, ideally within the FMCG or Consumer industry</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, media management, SEO, and performance-driven campaigns.</li><li>Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, customer insights, and data analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).</li><li>Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Solid business acumen with a good understanding of KPIs, P&amp;L management, pricing, and commercial performance.</li><li>Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically, critically, and holistically.</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
