Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead the day-to-day operation of the evening shift production team, ensuring Safety, Quality, GMP, Productivity and Waste targets are consistently achieved.</li><li>Plan resources and manage the daily production schedule to ensure manufacturing and customer requirements are met.</li><li>Train, coach and develop Production Operators, building capability across the team and ensuring standard work is consistently followed.</li><li>Monitor production performance and KPIs, taking action to improve efficiency, quality and output.</li><li>Drive Lean and continuous improvement activities, including 5S, problem-solving and waste reduction initiatives.</li><li>Ensure manufacturing processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with validated procedures and quality requirements.</li><li>Identify and escalate process or equipment issues, working closely with Engineering and Quality to implement effective solutions.</li><li>Support New Product Introductions, change controls, product trials and validation activities.</li><li>Support quality activities including CAPA, audits and investigations.</li><li>Promote a positive culture of safety, quality, teamwork and accountability across the production area..</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Previous experience leading or supervising a team within a manufacturing environment, ideally 2 to 3 years.</li><li>Comfortable working an evening shift and taking ownership of production activities during these hours.</li><li>Engineering, Science or another relevant technical qualification would be advantageous.</li><li>Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical or another regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820/QMSR would be an advantage.</li><li>Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.</li><li>Good understanding of manufacturing performance, including productivity, efficiency, quality and waste.</li><li>Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement would be beneficial.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Ambitious and motivated to develop your career, with excellent opportunities for progression as our manufacturing operation continues to grow</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
