Company Overview

Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.

Overview

The Learning and Development team at Joby is looking for a 3-month contractor to build the operational foundation behind our learning programs. Build one intake system for learning requests with visibility into request volume and type. Handle one-off curation requests and identify which parts can be templated or automated

Promote Joby Learning content. Drive the marketing and promotional efforts behind our learning content. Get creative about making it easy to find and reinforcing learning: TV screens, stickers, cards, QR codes on articles, and placement in lounges, common areas, SharePoint, and our weekly newsletter.
