Join our Platform & Security Team

As part of our small team you’ll have a large impact on the technical direction of the platform, working at a high growth company deploying and supporting new products in new markets. You’ll be improving observability and CI/CD pipelines as well as improving security automation and evidence collection for security certifications. 

You’ll work some hours outside of 9am-5pm, to allow for meetings with our global team. Direct experience with some or all of our technology stack is great, but above all we’d expect you to be adaptable in working with new technologies and ideas, while having a solid base of experience to draw on. 

Role Requirements

• Work collaboratively with development teams to understand how our platform can best serve them
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment tooling to meet our scaling and growth requirements
• Work with the Lead Platform Engineer to ensure site reliability
• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
• Advocate for a DevOps as a culture, and upskill those around you
• Learn a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
• Suggest and execute improvements to the technologies and processes used as we grow

• PostgreSQL
• Docker
• Cloud security
• CI/CD pipelines
• Site Reliability Engineering
• On call rotations
  

The salary for this role is $109,000 - $153,000 NZD, depending on experience.
