Corporate Paralegal

We are searching for a corporate paralegal with experience designing effective document management processes, maintaining corporate records, supporting legal compliance programs, and handling basic transactional documents.

You will be based in San Carlos, CA and will be able to work on a hybrid basis. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain effective document management processes
• Oversee processing of confidentiality agreements and similar transactional agreements
• Maintain a subsidiary management system
• Support the corporate/Board record-keeping function
• Manage legal budgeting and invoicing
• Collaborate with commercial teams on contract compliance systems
• Assist with transactional due diligence processes
• Help with drafting corporate and policy-related documents

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7-10 years paralegal experience
• Experience with Word, DocuSign, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with legal invoice management, document management, and subsidiary management software
• Ability to interface with diverse stakeholders across the company, including executives and board members
• Strong drafting, analytical and data interpretations skills
• Well-developed project management skills with ability to multitask
• Results oriented approach

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Paralegal certificate
• Notary license

Compensation & Benefits

[San Carlos Zone] Corporate Paralegal (P3): $110,000 - $146,000 per year

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
