Role Description

As a Program Manager at Form, reporting to the Staff Program Manager within the Operations Team, you will be responsible for driving to completion large, cross-functional programs across Form.  These key programs enable Form Energy’s ambitious manufacturing scale up plans. In this role, you will interface between the Manufacturing Engineering Teams and NPI Operations Team to ensure on time Start of Production of novel manufacturing operation lines and New Production Introduction onto those lines. This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA location (Greater Pittsburgh Area).

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for leading high-impact, complex, cross-functional programs to completion on time and on budget.  
  • Lead a large group of stakeholders ranging from engineering, construction, procurement, operations, recruiting, supply chain & production planning
  • Lead program meetings, set up clear communication channels, engage internal & external stakeholders, document action items, and produce program reports to management and stakeholders
  • Analyze, prioritize, and lead through program risks
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting schedule commitments
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Be a key contributor in building out the Operations Program Management function including standardizing project kick-offs, project close-out’s, executive reporting, project KPIs etc.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful cross-functional and complex program, product, or project management roles within ambiguous work environments
  • Experience managing programs with 20+ stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Experience with Google Suite, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Smartsheets
  • Experience managing a budget & schedule
  • Able to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various partners
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills (including presenting regular updates and requests to executives)
  • Experience in launching a novel production line and/or a new factory 
  • Experience at a battery startup is a plus
