We are in a growth phase after our last fundraising, and are looking for ambitious talents who want to challenge themselves in a positive impact international start-up.

The team: The CEO Office is a small and agile squad, Antoine and Romain, working on strategic initiatives to fuel Fairmat’s growth. Reporting to Fairmat’s CEO, you will be working on short-term internal projects as well as long-term growth opportunities. We are looking for outstanding profiles to join us!

Missions


1/ Act as project manager on strategic internal short-term projects

  • Act as a project manager for critical internal short-term projects, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
  • Compile project needs and craft a well-defined action plan.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization to bring the action plan to life.
  • Present the results and ensure a seamless transfer of ownership for long-term success.

2/ Assist the CEO on long-term diversification/expansion opportunities

  • Assist the CEO in identifying long-term diversification and expansion opportunities
  • Provide crucial operational support for Fairmat's expansion into the US and future fundraising endeavors, such as Series B.
  • Work on enhancing Fairmat's scalability by improving our operation

3/ Assist Fairmat’s executives in their day-to-day business

  • Prepare and facilitate strategic meetings that drive our organization forward.
  • Provide the Executive Committee with KPIs and dashboards to support their decision-making processes.
  • Offer invaluable support to Fairmat's Executive Committee on ad-hoc topics as they arise.

Profile: 
Proven Experience : You bring a track record of success in a similar role within a startup, consulting firm, or finance company.
Exceptional Communication : Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex ideas with ease.
Curiosity and Drive : You possess an innate curiosity and a relentless motivation to achieve outstanding results.
Industrial interest : Experience or a strong interest in the industrial field sets you apart.
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and French is a must.
