Sunhero was founded in 2021 by Christopher Cederskog and Stefan Braun. Two entrepreneurs with over 25 years of experience launching companies in the international markets, including Airbnb, Rover, and Course Hero. Sunhero is Berlin-funded and Barcelona-headquartered. 

We raised our series A investment round of 10M€ in March 2023. This round was led by climate tech VC Planet A and Vorwerk Ventures as well as Redstone, All Iron Ventures, and Speedinvest.

What would you do working with us?

-Leads the Hiring Team during the recruiting process: managing and overseeing full recruiting cycle + sprint performance: from profile design, intakes, HR interviews, Loop meetings, Sprint Meetings to Hiring, Onboarding and Reporting. 

-Works on maintaining a high level of engagement within the hiring teams, by putting in place stakeholder management strategies to get everyone aligned to the recruiting goals.

-Cares for all candidates and assure they experience an outstanding recruiting process.

-Advise and guide hiring teams on recruiting matters such as methodologies, negotiation, pitching, market knowledge, best practices, etc.

-Advise and guide candidates through the whole process to assure they have the right and full information they need and feedback in every stage.

-Source, interview and hire for a variety of roles from a wide range of seniority levels and across the organization: Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Product, People, etc. 

-Co-Designs and drives sourcing and recruiting strategies according to the different profiles and market particularities. 

-Manages interviewing methodologies to successfully assess motivation, engagement, skill sets, culture fit, etc. as well as support hiring teams on their own preparation and growth as interviewers and TA advocates. 

-Makes data-informed decisions based on clear and consistent data managed during the recruiting processes. 

-Build continuous pipelines through inbound recruitment, networking, employer branding, etc. and connect with potential candidates across different seniority levels. 

-Promotes the company’s culture and values acting as an engagement magnet by constantly building trustful relationships with hiring teams, internal/external stakeholders, recruiting communities, and talented potential candidates. 

-Takes part in high impactful and value-adding projects such as: NPS implementation, TA Training, Agile RecOps implementation, Hiring Teams Trainings, Interviewing Methodologies implementation, Diverse Recruiting, etc. 

-As a People First organisation, you will collaborate with the rest of the People Team to ensure we deliver the Onboarding process and we build scalable and agile solutions.

What we would need from you to be successful in this role?

-Have at least 4-5 years experience in full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of different roles and levels across the organisation.

-Have experience on Recruiting and Interviewing methodologies, Agile WoW, TA Models, Project Management, and other TA practices.

-You have previous experience recruiting in a hyper growth startup working with different stakeholders and roles. You are flexible, resilient and comfortable dealing with environments with ambiguity and uncertainty.

-You are a natural negotiator and have highly influential skills. 

-You have experience dealing with diverse hiring teams, different leadership styles and are able to adapt your communication style to these audiences. 

-You are goal-oriented and have solid analytical skills. Your decisions are always supported by data.

-You are flexible, resilient and comfortable dealing with environments with ambiguity and uncertainty.

-You have extensive experience in sourcing candidates, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, JobBoards, and other platforms.

-You can work fluently in Spanish and English

-You question how things are done, and have an unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the status-quo.
