Salesforce Product Manager (m/f/d)

• You will act as the primary driver & coordinator between the business and the Salesforce team making sure the vision and roadmap is conceptualized, aligned, and communicated.
• You will work closely with functions of the business, product, and tech teams to define and specify feature improvements to be developed by the team.
• Prioritize salesforce features, improvements & requirements keeping user value, business value & efforts in mind, for the salesforce team to implement.
• You keep distractions of the team to a minimal by continuously drive definition of requirements, maintaining the backlog, and prioritizing deliveries for the team.
• You assist in creating and maintaining documentation and rollout communication of features for end users

• You have 3+ years of product lifecycle management experience and working in Agile environment.
• You have experience in Salesforce projects and a good understanding of project management tools and best practices.
• A big plus if you are proficient in Salesforce and its configuration (fields, layouts, record types, list views, reports), management (security, permission sets, accounts, groups, profiles, etc.), and governance (flow best practices, enhancements, system configuration).
• You have an excellent understanding of how processes in an organization are working with each other and have a high attention to detail for complex cases.
• You bring a hands-on mentality and high degree of ownership on your topics and don’t shy away from becoming active.
• You are impact oriented and always look for the best solution to a problem using quantitative and/or qualitative data to support your ideas.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You make complex topics easily understandable.
• You are fluent in English language (C1), German language is a plus.
