- Overseeing current customers’ accounts within PVcase customer base
- Understanding and anticipating clients’ business needs to drive the success of accounts
- Negotiating contract renewals and expansion opportunities
- Proactively managing customer pipeline and renewals to meet monthly and quarterly objectives
- Strengthening client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions
- Running Quarterly Business Reviews with accounts
- Assisting in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
- Working closely with our customer-centric product teams to create partnerships and benefits that enrich our customers’ experience and align with strategic objectives - as well as acquiring new customers
- Aligning resources to achieve key business goals
- Reporting updates and preparing needed information/reports to the HQ regarding progress on KPI and goals’ progress
- Sharing knowledge with other colleagues and HQ on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry, e.g. sales, account management, or product management, or a minimum of 3 years experience in either the PV solar industry

Excellent interpersonal and written communication in German and English (C2)
- BEng/BSc graduate or technical work background

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Strong experience retaining and expanding accounts
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners
- Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com
- Excellent understanding of the Solar market, competition, industry trends, and client’s needs
- Hands-on mentality, stress resistance, as well as creative problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated history of increasing sales performance through partnership initiatives
- Excellent planning, organizational, leadership, verbal, and written skills
- Commercial acumen combined with analytical rigor
