Job Description:

• Perform the full life cycle recruiting process in PVcase
• Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against timelines in Lithuania and internationally
• Ensure that recruited candidates are an excellent organizational fit for the PVcase culture
• Work together with sourcers to deliver the best quality candidates for open positions
• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs
• Lead, manage and participate in various TA projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SaaS, engineering, or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
• Excellent sourcing skills, including use of Linkedin recruiter and alternative search techniques and tools
• BA degree in engineering, business, human resources, or related discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal are an absolute must
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple open positions
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
