The position
We are looking for a talented Partner Manager to join Sympower's expanding team in Sweden. This is a full-time position intended to be placed in Stockholm, but with flexibility in the exact location. Join us in accelerating the energy transition!


In our Swedish commercial operations our key sales channels are through our partnerships with Vattenfall, Gothenburg Energy, and Bixia. This means that hot leads are generated via our partners which we assess and offer our services to, this is followed by a technical implementation phase which is headed by our engineering team. The partner manager is expected to stay active with the lead to support/clarify commercial requirements in case it is needed. The partner manager is also expected to follow-up and maintain our partner relationships and coordinate and plan with their sales organisation.

What you will do

As Partner Manager you will have the possibility and responsibility to:

  • Manage and improve our process of customer acquisition through our partnerships

  • Be involved in the actual customer acquisition

  • Act as a key account manager of chosen important partners

  • Collaborate closely together with our sales team members in other countries

  • Collaborate closely together with our engineering team to implement sold services

What you will need

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner, Sales or Commercial roles

  • Experience from energy intensive industry and/or electricity sector

  • Interest and curiosity in Demand Response is a must

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to work independently

  • Prestigeless mentality and a helpful attitude to support the Swedish operations and rest of the company

  • Fluent in Swedish and working proficiency in English

  • Ability to travel to our partner’s in Sweden about once a month

  • A Swedish driving licence (B) for partner visits

Beneficial skills

  • Experience in technical sales

  • Experience in negotiations in a commercial environment

  • Experience of reserves and balancing power markets

  • Electrical installations & industrial automation system knowledge is a plus

  • Fluent Danish and/or Norwegian is a plus
