Job Description
What can you expect?
- You turn marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
- You reach out to potential customers through cold calls and emails
- You introduce our company to potential customers
- You identify customer needs using the BANT process
- You actively look for new business opportunities in the market
- You arrange meetings or calls between (potential) customers and the sales team
- You regularly report on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- You stay updated on new solutions
What should you bring along?
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR, Sales Account Executive or similar role)
- Experience selling ESG solutions is valued
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
