What can you expect?
  • You turn marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
  • You reach out to potential customers through cold calls and emails
  • You introduce our company to potential customers
  • You identify customer needs using the BANT process
  • You actively look for new business opportunities in the market
  • You arrange meetings or calls between (potential) customers and the sales team
  • You regularly report on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • You stay updated on new solutions
What should you bring along?
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR, Sales Account Executive or similar role)
  • Experience selling ESG solutions is valued
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
