We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Support Coordinator (f/m/x) to join our operations team and be responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer support in response to customer inquiries across multiple contact channels.

  • You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on coordinating and optimising supply chain operations
  • You'll oversee and optimise logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and minimise customer complaints both internally and externally
  • You'll facilitate clear and effective communication with logistics partners and customers to ensure seamless operations and prompt resolution of issues
  • You'll work towards the Customer Care & Logistics teams KPIs and targets set by the management team
  • You'll support internal projects towards customer support optimisation
  • Proven experience in customer support, logistics or a related field, with a track record of building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
  • Proficiency in using multiple communication channels to interact effectively with logistics partners and customers
  • A strong customer service mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey positivity and empathy in all interactions
  • Reliability, friendliness, and strong active listening skills are essential qualities
  • Self-organization and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a definite advantage
