What you will do:

As the Regional Sales Director at Sensorfact, you will drive our growth in the UK market by expanding our client portfolio and increasing revenue. Leading a high-performing sales team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of the business, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable and successful sales organization. With a focus on Predictive Maintenance (PdM), you will lead your team to achieve growth targets, build lasting client relationships, and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for PdM or OEE solutions, ensuring achievement of revenue and demand generation targets
  • Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement
  • Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement impactful training and development programs
  • Provide regular feedback and performance updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall success
Who are you:
  • A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams and driving revenue growth
  • Deep knowledge of PdM, OEE, or similar technologies, with a strategic ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
  • Experienced in direct, outbound sales with a focus on short sales cycles and closing deals
  • Proficient in using and optimizing CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales software tools
  • Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency) with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for growing businesses
  • Familiar working in the SME sector, manufacturing space, or with hardware solutions is a plus
