What you’ll do

As a People Generalist, you'll be at the forefront of this dynamic environment, working closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions that drive results. From onboarding to offboarding, visa cases to healthcare setup, you'll be the go-to resource for all things people-related.

But we're not just about ticking boxes – we're committed to excellence. That means staying ahead of the curve when it comes to compliance, partnering with legal experts to navigate regulations and best practices seamlessly. And when it comes to data, we don't just keep it up to date – we own it, ensuring accuracy and integrity every step of the way. 

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the end-to-end payroll processing for the United States 

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

  • Be first point of contact for general employee support such as questions on payroll & benefits, time-off, leave policy compliance and other ad-hoc people topics

  • Ensure our HRIS (Hibob) is the accurate, single source of truth for all employee data

  • Collaborating with our Global People team on projects.

  • Drive ad-hoc projects, such as office contract/subletting and team event planning, supporting recruitment efforts

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3-4 yrs experience in People Operations/HR, in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience owning US payroll & benefit programs

  • Experience with an HRIS

  • Being tech-savvy & finding ways to streamline and automate processes

  • Passion for employee experience 

  • Get sh*t done attitude, tenacious, detail-orientated and strong work ethic

  • A high level of integrity 

  • Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is an in-office position.

Compensation Range

The compensation range (OTE) for this position is $75,000. - $130,000. The actual compensation offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
