-The Stock Associate is expected to work in our Cabra Figa facilities or warehouse partners a minimum of 2 times a week.


Job Overview

We are a fast growing B-Corp company that strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seeking a full-time Stock Associate to be a part of our Product Supply Team.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure we have control of all inventory items being registered in our ERP;
  • Keep an accurate record of each in and out of all stock items;
  • Ensure all incoming materials go through thorough quantity and quality
    checks;
  • Ensure all necessary documentation to all necessary flows, like delivery
    notes, packing lists, etc.;
  • Maintain the necessary inventory levels at the different locations to ensure
    the production, fulfillment and kitting teams have enough stock to meet
    their needs on a daily basis;
  • Physical Cycle Counting;
  • Register the reasons of the inventories items, in case of becoming
    obsolete;
  • Alert the necessary teams of all risks related with inventory levels, slow
    movers that can turn in obsoletes or out of stock situation;
  • Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the
    different locations;
  • Maintain auditable records: packing lists, pick lists, blueprints and other paperwork;
  • Use internal tools to accurately register and communicate issues;
  • Review and validate product inventory availability and ensure FEFO protocols are maintained;
  • Communicate and find solutions to inventory-related issues;
  • Recommend and implement best practices to drive efficiencies and streamline processes;
  • Partner with all teams to ensure processes are aligned and communication seamlessly flows;
  • Embody and promote a healthy working culture that is true to kencko’s values, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of working experience in stock control/management
  • Analytic, detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral English and Portuguese communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment
  • Experience and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools
    including formulas
  • Familiar with stock control methods: FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, inventory accuracy and valuation, ABC analysis, Batch tracking, Reorder points, Min & Max, safety stock, etc.
  • Ability to laugh at yourself and at the small day-to-day things
  • ERP/MRP experience
  • Bonus Points: Netsuite
