Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to make molecules to decarbonize our world! Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. 

We are looking for a mid to senior level program manager to help the growing needs of Electric Hydrogen. In association with the Director of Program management you will work with our Chief technology Officer on different special projects. These projects may need technical deep dive with high-level coordination on specific issues, or any critical items that need a program management oversight.

You will be based at our facility in Natick, MA and will report to the Director of Program Management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with our CTO, Program management, Cell technology, and Cell testing teams on multiple projects
  • Grant writing, working on technical presentations and reporting are all in scope for this position
  • Manage multiple development programs
  • Help define project governance and a framework for efficient change management system
  • Manage partners' communications

 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience of program management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing programs
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, throughout the product life cycle from Concept to EOL
  • Experience partnering and leading geographically dispersed and ad-hoc teams. Experience working in different geographic locations
  • Experience developing and deploying organizational strategies and goals
  • Experience developing and writing white papers, detailed project reports and presenting in executive level meetings
  • Ability to travel across sites up to 25% of time.

$105,400—$131,750 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
