We need you to support our mission to decarbonise homes worldwide. In this role, you'll assist the team in connecting customers to our supply chain and bringing our low carbon tech to life.


What you'll do

  • Supply Chain Development: Support the portfolio lead on commercial, procurement, and broader supply chain development across our low carbon tech product lines.
  • Sourcing Activities: Lead tactical sourcing activities and support efforts on high value, complex sourcing through to completion.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with other teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for using data solutions to improve efficiency and/or drive informed decision making.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support procurement decisions, identify trends, and suggest improvements on efficiency or total cost of ownership.
  • Organisational Support: Provide organisational support to ensure smooth operations of supply chain activities, including performance reporting, scheduling and communication with stakeholders.

What you'll need

  • Commercial Experience: Previous experience in a supporting role within commercial, procurement or supply chain, ideally in the low carbon technology space
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to assist in managing multiple tasks and projects
  • Proactive Mindset: A proactive approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Analytical Skills: Knowledge of Excel (required), Knowledge of Tableau (desirable) and the ability to conduct thorough analysis of data to support decision-making.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills to manage priorities 
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up culture and adaptable to changing environments
