About the role

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales and growth teams. You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for defining and executing a holistic sales strategy for a breakout climate tech company.

You are a strong people manager, passionate about designing and scaling a successful Sales organization to continue our strong growth and meet the changing needs of our customers.

This position is fully remote within the US East Coast or Europe, with the occasional need for travel.

What you will do:

  • Lead and accelerate global sales by planning and executing a holistic sales strategy, targeted towards startups, scaleups and Mid-market customers 

  • Work efficiently with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to set us up for high and sustainable growth

  • Become an expert on the Enode products, as well as our customers' use cases and the value we create for them

  • Build and develop a world-class sales team, all motivated by our mission to accelerate the energy transition

  • Drive platform growth with self-serve solutions for low-touch customers

  • Continue to develop processes, tooling and performance management for a world-class sales team together with revenue operations

About you

  • Significant experience successfully leading and scaling a 10+ people B2B SaaS Sales team

  • Demonstrable track record of growing ARR through strategic B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a similar Series A/B-stage startup

  • Ability to lead by example and be hands-on with key accounts to drive a high-performing sales culture

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to dive deep into sales data to understand performance, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Highly independent and organized, with the ability to self-prioritize and drive processes forward

  • Bonus: Expert on API business models, energy markets, DERs and/or demand response

  • Must: Passion for our mission of accelerating the energy transition as well as empathy for the team and our customers.
