VP Finance (f/d/m)

THE ROLE
As the VP Finance, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy and finance-related products of CEEZER, as well as steering the operational financial management. You will work closely with the CEO, to drive growth and profitability at CEEZER. YOUR TASKS

• Develop and execute CEEZER’s financial strategy in alignment with our overall business goals and objectives
• Own the overall financial management and reporting of the business, including creating consolidated financial statements in collaboration with external advisors, maturing and steering budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, and liquidity management
• Lead the development and monitoring of key performance metrics, including regular reporting toward shareholders
• Play an active role in carrying out future financing rounds, and build and maintain strong relationships with investors for both debt and equity
• Lead the structuring, negotiation, management, and monitoring of structured debt facilities, including reporting and risk management, relationship management with lenders, and the development and execution of related compliance and risk management processes
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, and carry out due diligence, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Consult and collaborate closely with other members of the executive team for strategic initiatives and act as a sparring partner in the senior leadership team
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or MBA degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a background in structured debt
• Excellent, reliable network in the European and US financial sector
• Hands-on mentality and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of financial management, cash flow management, debt, and investor relations
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Visionary leadership and a track record of building and leading successful finance teams
• Fluent in English and in German
