Your mission
  • Develop suitable processes to offer various authentication means to IONITY’s customers in a easy, customer-friendly, scalable and efficient manner.
  • Support our ambitious growth plans in the B2C business by driving sales, profitability and customer loyalty.
  • Support product and payments simplification strategy and roadmap development with special focus on alternative means of authentication and frontends for (end) customers (e.g., RFID, Plug and Charge, Autocharge, etc.).
  • Analyse the dynamic market environment, competitor benchmarking, supplier screening to ensure delivery of best-in-class solution.
  • Tailor product solutions to meet needs of clients and translate them into concrete requirements (e.g., towards IT or towards required suppliers).
  • Act as the go-to person for B2C customer retention programs and campaigns.
  • Shape and further develop IONITY’s B2C offering.
  • Identify, onboard and manage suitable suppliers to support process.
  • Monitor and report performance of products in the market, but also of potential suppliers regularly and provide suitable reports to management.
  • Assist in user-oriented testing of acceptance of new means of authentication regularly.
  • Support in setting-up business cases and continuous assessment of economic feasibility of authentication means.
Your profile
  • Experience in product management for end customer products, preferably from (e-)mobility ecosystem.
  • Expertise to define customer-centric solutions and translate into technical requirements for IT.
  • In-depth knowledge of RFID card products and product delivery.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing RFID cards as means of authentication.
  • Technical insights on pros and cons of different means of authentication.
  • Knowledge in defining suitable processes (towards suppliers or inhouse) to manage card handling towards end customers.
  • Initial know-how on Plug and Charge technology, e.g., on technical baseline, market ecosystem, etc.
  • Quick learner: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where new challenges and opportunities for growth are constant.
